'Where The Forest Meets The Sea'
Surfing Tea Tree bay… looking back at the Noosa National Park from the water, always reminds me of a scene in the iconic children’s book - Where The Forest Meets The Sea (by Jeannie Baker, 1987). I painted this piece with that view in mind, the aqua of the water, the myriad of greens in the bushland with a touch of pink for the surfboards and umbrellas. It’s 100% my happy place, I never regret venturing there regardless of the surf.
This piece measures 103cm x 103cm, acrylic on canvas in a eucalyptus frame. It stands alone but if you do have a big space it would look amazing with another piece from the same series next to it.
Shipping is free within Australia. If you’d like to view this piece in person before purchasing, or ask any questions, please be in touch.
